Does the silver tarnish?
It darkens where you use it and brightens where you rub it. A cloth brings it back; nothing else needed.
When does my piece ship?
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Cast when you order it, by hand in our studio in Spain — ships in one to two weeks, then it's on its way to you, express and tracked. Shipping is on us.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
No. When the run ends, the mould is retired. That's how drops work.
Is it the same price in € and $?
Same number on both sides of the Atlantic. No duties or extra charges inside the EU, the US and the UK.
What size am I?
Measure before you order, not after: every piece is cast for one body and we'd rather get it right the first time. The size guide sits right next to the sizes on every ring and bracelet. Still unsure, ask us first.
Can I send it back?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, in every market. One exchange per order is free: a different size or a different piece. Either way, it has to come back unworn, with its seal on and no marks. If it turns up damaged or it isn't what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we replace it. Full terms here.
What's it made of?
Solid 925 silver, oxidised, with the crater texture left as it came out of the mould. Stones are natural, so no two read the same. Every piece lists its own weight and dimensions.
Do you ship outside the EU and the US?
Worldwide, express, tracked, and we don't charge for it. Outside the EU, the US and the UK, local import taxes are yours to cover — for most countries they never show up.
How do I clean it?
A dry cloth on the bright parts, and that's the whole routine. The dark recesses darken more with wear — if you'd rather they didn't, the same cloth brings them back. Either way is right; it's your piece.
