For this reason, we do not accept returns due to customer error, change of mind, or refusal to receive the package. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Please note: the buyer is responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which may vary depending on destination, order value, and local regulations.

If your piece arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or return.
