Shipping

We do not charge additional shipping fees for international orders.
Rebel Rules operates from our studio in Spain.

Each piece is made to order. Production time is estimated between 2 to 5 weeks, depending on current studio workload.

Orders are shipped via UPS Express, FedEx Express, or DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 4 business days worldwide.
All shipments include tracking, which you’ll receive via email once your piece has been handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier-related issues, or problems caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

No duties or extra charges apply to orders within the EU, the US, or the UK.

Import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
For most countries, these are uncommon.

Since each piece is crafted specifically for you, if exceptional circumstances arise that affect delivery, we’ll keep you informed and ensure the earliest possible resolution. In such cases, refunds may be postponed until the issue is resolved.
