Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is cast when you order it, in our studio in Spain, and that takes one to two weeks. Then it goes out express and tracked, and lands in one to four working days.

Because it doesn't exist yet. Every piece is cast for the person who orders it, not pulled off a shelf. The wait is the proof that it's yours.

Yes, within 24 hours of paying. Write to us with your order number and we change the size or cancel it with a full refund. After that your piece is in casting, and the 30-day return still has you covered.

The moment it leaves the studio you get an email with the tracking number. Before that, it's being cast. Want an update sooner? Ask us.

No. A drop stays open for four days, and when it closes, that window doesn't reopen. That's how drops work.

Leave your email at the bottom of any page. The crew hears about a drop before anyone else does.

Measure before you order, not after: every piece is cast for one body and we'd rather get it right the first time. The size guide sits right next to the sizes on every ring and bracelet. Still unsure, ask us first.

Your first exchange is free: a different size or a different piece, once per order, and shipping both ways is on us. It has to come back unworn, with its seal on and no marks.

Both. It's not his or hers. Same piece in every size: rings run from US 5 to US 13, for the smallest hand and the biggest one.

Pendants come in 50 cm (20") and 60 cm (24"). 50 sits on the collarbone; 60 hangs mid-chest, where a pendant belongs. The heavy-link necklace comes in 45 and 50 cm. Wearing two? Keep them about 10 cm apart so they don't tangle.

Not in the EU, the US or the UK: the price you see is the price you pay. Anywhere else, local import taxes are yours to cover, and in most countries they never show up.

Customs and carriers are out of our hands, and so is an address that arrived wrong. If a piece is stuck, we tell you where it is and what we're doing about it.

Yes. Ship it to their address and leave a note for them in the cart. There's no price anywhere in the box.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, in every market. One exchange per order is free: a different size or a different piece. Two years against manufacturing defects, like everything sold in the EU. Scratches and the dark patina aren't defects: that's the finish being earned. Anything else, we can repair; write to us and we'll quote it.

Recycled 925 silver, solid all the way through, with no plating. The crater texture is left as it came out of the mould. Stones come from legitimate sources. Everything that goes in.

No. If it turns green, it wasn't ours. Solid 925, nothing plated over something else.

Yes. Shower, sea, chlorine, sunscreen, sweat: it handles all of it. Rinse it when you get home.

It darkens where you use it and brightens where you rub it. A cloth brings it back; nothing else needed.

A dry cloth on the bright parts, and that's the whole routine. The dark recesses darken more with wear — if you'd rather they didn't, the same cloth brings them back. Either way is right; it's your piece.

Every piece is its own casting. The mould leaves craters and ridges, and we don't sand them flat, so no two come out alike. How a piece is made.

From legitimate sources only. No conflict stones, no blood diamonds. Not once, not for any piece.

The pieces are solid 925 silver with no plating on top. If you react to a specific metal, write to us before you order and we'll tell you exactly what's in the alloy.
