Four steps, one piece at a time. None of them start until you order.
WAX
Every piece starts as wax, carved at the size it will be worn. The teeth of the skull, the craters, the edges: all of it is cut in wax first.
That wax is the piece before it exists in metal. It only survives once.
CASTING
The wax gives way and recycled silver takes its place. It comes out of the mould rough, still on its sprue, carrying every mark of how it cooled: craters, ridges, the grain of the mould. We leave that alone.

WORN IN BEATS BRAND NEW.
SETTING
Stones go in by hand, straight into the rough surface, one claw at a time. Ruby, black diamond, labradorite, red brecciated jasper.
Every one of them from a legitimate source. Never a conflict stone.
FINISH
Polished only where it meets skin. The rest stays the way it left the mould.
Two pieces out of the same mould are never identical. That's what one at a time looks like.
