Refund policy

Every piece is cast for you after you order. You still have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back, in every market we ship to.

One exchange per order is free: a different size or a different piece.

To return or exchange it, the piece has to come back unworn, with its seal on and no marks.

If it arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we replace it.

To start a return or an exchange, write to us with your order number.

Outside the EU, the US and the UK, duties and customs fees are yours.
