Shipping is on us, wherever you are.

WHEN IT LANDS

Casting takes one to two weeks, depending on what else is on the bench. After that it goes express — UPS, FedEx or DHL — and lands in one to four working days. Tracking reaches you by email the moment it leaves the studio.

DUTIES

Inside the EU, the US and the UK there is nothing extra to pay. Anywhere else, local import taxes are yours to cover, and for most countries they never show up.

WHEN SOMETHING SLIPS

Customs and carriers are out of our hands, and so is an address that arrived wrong. If a piece is stuck, we tell you where it is and what we are doing about it.
